How Active Do I Need To Be
We are all
busy, not just busy but super busy with all sorts of things. Between family
commitments, work, social life, chores, errands, activities, hobbies and what
not, we all are strapped for time. After all of these, we still have to do our
all daily routines. We have all modules as in a certain way that these things
to not feel stuffed any more. But after all these activities there is still one
more activity that we need to add in our daily routine and that is Exercise.
How to get started
Exercise is very essential to our physical, mental, emotional and physiological health. There
are many ways to get it done and start exercising. It is very important to keep
in mind not to over-exhaust yourself. For new beginners, who want some positive
lifestyle changes; don’t be too hard on yourself. Start with minimum goal and
gradually increase it. It will help you to track your improvement and benefits.
Walking and jogging is cheap, convenient and can be done anywhere.
Too much activity
When someone
decides to exercise, it is very important to not to do too much of any activity.
For those to work out regularly, recovery is must. Recovery is as much
important as achieving a goal for fitness and activity. Increased resting heart
rate, fatigue, non-restorative sleep, and the presence and persistence of
injury are all signs of over-exhausting ourselves.
Conclusion
It is
possible that our discipline and motivation can be less reliable; it is always
a good idea to listen to our body. No one can understand our body better than
us. It will tell you when it needs exercise or some activity to keep it active.
The same way it will tell you when your body needs some rest or time to
recover.
